RESERVATION POLICY

 

• We are only accepting reservations of 8 and more guests. 2 hours minimum.

• All customers under the age of 21 years old must be accompanied by an adult before 8pm and must leave after 8pm.

• Credit card information is required to hold a room. After requesting a reservation, you must then contact us via email or phone with a valid credit card number and expiration date. You may provide the information on the request form to make the reservation process faster.

• Reservation will be cancelled if your credit card is declined and we are not able to contact you by phone or email.

• There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. We charge 50% of room rate on your credit card for cancellation with less than 24 hours notification or no show.

• We may hold the room reserved for you for up to 15 minutes, if the room is requested and you are not present for your party, we may grant the room to another waiting party.

• Minimum occupancy is applied to each size of room. Make sure the number of people in your party. Also please notice your company to check in and out at front desk to ensure a fair bill.

• Outside beverages are not allowed. We may impose a charge for drinks brought in.

• The private room rate is: Before 8pm $6 per hour per person, After 8pm $10 per hour per person. NYS tax and 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
