■ KARAOKESHOUT Reservation Policy ■

*Credit card information is required to hold a room. Any reservation will not be completed without it.

*Minimum occupancy is applied to each size of room. Make sure the number of people in your party.

*Anyone under 21 years old is not allowed to stay after 10pm.

*Bringing any beverages purchased outside is not allowed. You might be charged for each bottle.

*Please notice your company to check in and out at casher to have fair bill.

*Your credit card will be fully charged if late 15 minutes or more, and the reservation will be canceled.

■Reservation Policy■

・Minimum occupancy is applied to each size of room. Make sure the number of people in your party.

・Anyone under 21 years old is not allowed on premises after 10pm.

・Outside beverages are not allowed. We may impose a charge for drinks brought in.

・Please notice your company to check in and out at front desk to ensure a fair bill.

・We may hold the room reserved for you for up to 15 minutes, if the room is requested and you are not present for your party, we may grant the room to another waiting party.

■ Deposit & Cancellation Policy* ■

*This applies to parties reserving our largest party room-number 11- which requires a 15person minimum.

・ Credit card information is required to hold the room.

・ After requesting a reservation, you must then contact us via email or phone with a valid credit card number and expiration date. You then allow us to charge your credit card the deposit fee.

・ We will charge the deposit as follows:

・ -$100 for reservations after 8pm

・ -$50 for reservations before 8pm.

・ At the day of your party, the deposit fee is taken out of your total bill.

・ Reservation will be cancelled when deposit charge is failed and/or declined and we are not able to contact you by phone or email.

・ There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
